A great hardware manufacturer - Toshiba is thinking for a change in keyboards - only for Cortana, which is to be featured in Windows 10 systems of theirs. It will be a major change since the Start Key in keyboards. So what Toshiba is exactly thinking to do?
Toshiba is thinking for a change in keyboards, which is to add a dedicated key for Cortana as well. This will be one of the biggest changes in keyboard since Windows 95 when Microsoft OEM partners started adding Windows key in keyboards to access Start Menu.
The key will appear on all Toshiba Windows 10 systems. And it will be located on Upper left area of the keyboards near the function keys.
Toshiba further said that to make Cortana work better, they will add enhanced quality microphones to make Cortana understand better.
It is unclear whether other PC vendors and peripheral manufacturers will also do the same with keyboards or not. But, Toshiba wins the race since they will be the first to add Cortana-dedicated button on their Windows 10 devices.
